Terms of sale and return policies

For a return

  • If you receive a defective item, please contact us before returning the item.
  • We will replace the defective item(s) with new item(s).
  • We warrant that the items will be free from defects in design, assembly, materials or workmanship, for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • After 30 days, please contact the manufacturer for replacement of a defective product.

Refund:

Upon receipt of the package, you have 7 days to return the new item for a refund, the product must be returned in its original and undamaged packaging.

Shipping, postage and return charges are non-refundable unless an item is faulty and we are unable to replace it, or you have received the wrong item.

Refunds will be issued to the payment method used for purchase, usually within 2-3 business days of receiving your return.

*Please note: If you are returning items that qualified for free shipping, a freight charge will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and handling charges.

No refunds on items that have been unboxed and/or used.

You must have an authorization number to return an item (RMA).

To make a return or any other request, please contact us first by phone or email.

No items will be refunded without authorization.

Return:

After receiving your return authorization, we will email you a prepaid Canada Post label for your return. You can also choose the carrier of your choice using your own return label. Prepaid return labels are not applicable on an exchange of product that is not defective.

You can also return the defective product directly to the store located at 1780 QC-335, Saint-Lin - Laurentides, QC J5M 1Y3.

Hunter & Luna retains the right to cancel an order without notice, limit quantities of items ordered, or refuse to do business with a customer.
